More movement, less pain

I have received several massage therapy sessions from Marc. Marc is the best and I recommend Marc without reservation. Marc took a holistic evaluation and treatment approach on my complaints - sciatic nerve pains , tight hips and. IT band, upper back and shoulder tightness and pains. The pains had caused me a tremendous amount of stress. After the evaluation, Marc created a treatment plan based on my unique condition. I have had 7 sessions so far , my whole situation has greatly improved. Marc also extended his treatment beyond the treatment room. He showed me how to do exercises and stretches in between sessions to maintain the progress made during the sessions. He explained and demonstrated to me proper postures and how to maintain alignments of the body. I have learned so much from Marc. To add a few other great things coming with treatment that I like : organic massage cream/lotion; organic cotton sheets and blankets , etc.
